While meeting filmmaker Polina Medvedeva, we found each other in the idea that there was something different about us growing up.
Polina and I had a valuable conversation in her studio at the Rijksakademie. For her, that moment was determined when she moved from Russia to the Netherlands at a young age.
For me, it's my Northern Italian face that I got from my mother. The postcards are the bearer of the letterin which I reflect on where I come from and thus illustrate my personal search.
